The College Employer Council and the Ontario Public Service Employee Union (OPSEU), representing full-time support staff, have reached a tentative agreement ending the strike at Ontario colleges.

The University partners with Mohawk and Conestoga Colleges in some program delivery.

Ontario colleges will begin resuming services, including any impacted joint programs, with some areas taking longer than others to return to normal operations.

All other classes and services at McMaster University continue to remain unaffected.

This tentative agreement is subject to the union members’ ratification in early November 2025.
